I borrowed this recipe from my new facebook friend Anthia and I thank her so much for it. Just do it. You don’t need to have any experience in baking. It only takes 10 minutes, and a bowl. You mix everything in it using your hands and there you are. Your “tyropitakia” are already in the oven. Ideal for breakfast, school snack, birthday parties and summer nights with a glass of wine.
Hands on: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes
Serves: 35 small balls

Ingredients
3,5 cups self-rising flour
1 cup Greek Yogurt
1 cup olive oil
1.5 cups crumbled Feta cheese
1.5 cups grated cheeses (whatever you have)
3 eggs + 1 egg for brushing on top
1 tablespoon mint or oregano (dry) (optional)
Sesame seeds (optional)
How to do it
Preheat the oven to 170oC
Take a big bowl and combine all the ingredients until incorporated.
Shape into balls.
Place a parchment paper on a baking tray and place the balls on.
Mix the extra egg with 1 tablespoon water and brush the balls on top.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for about 25 minutes until golden.
