Small Cheese Balls (Tyropitakia) without Phyllo Pastry

I borrowed this recipe from my new facebook friend Anthia and I thank her so much for it. Just do it. You don’t need to have any experience in baking. It only takes 10 minutes, and a bowl. You mix everything in it using your hands and there you are. Your “tyropitakia” are already in the oven. Ideal for breakfast, school snack, birthday parties and summer nights with a glass of wine.
